 The Aim of Our Project

Having continued its existence since the past to present, Naip Turkish Bath, Country Teahouse and Boutique Hotel shall became the magnets of the city, and in regard of managing, shall both preserve its own functions and meet the needs at most by creating new employment areas. The buildings that symbolize Gaziantep shall become works of art within the framework of the project supported by the EU, and then both social and cultural assets shall be entrusted to next generations.

The modern city aims at arrangements by which people do not feel deprivation of the past and the traditional city has been internalized via harmonization. Therefore, the arrangement of the castle and its neighborhood and spreading of the renovation of city structure towards quarters shall enable a livable integrity. Newly constructed city structure shall be unusual and unrepeated niche. Following this arrangement, it shall be better perceived by the people that modernization is not a snap, but a process. It shall be felt that leaving the old structure doesn’t mean to become a modern city.
